One of our goals is to gather a group of talented and enthusiastic people (entrepreneurs, programmers, designers, marketers, etc.) who commit to working with each other on mutual projects. supple labs was motivated by the frustrations of finding other developers and designers to work with on web projects and startups.
Any member can suggest ideas, and members who are interested in that idea can quickly mobilize to work on it. The people who join supple labs should be pretty good at what they do. Therefore, such a group can move very quickly in developing new projects or prototyping new technology. If a project doesn't work out, then the group can scrap it and move on to another idea. If the sub-projects succeed, then the members who work on it each get their fair share.
